About: Learn Beginner Foundations, Pole Theory, Anatomy & Biomechanics, Muscle Engagement, Warm-Up & Cool Down Techniques, Spins, Basic Tricks and Choreography, Climbing Principles & Class Safety.

A practical test will be given at the end of the last day.

All students will be given their own Instructor’s Manual to take home as well as a Certificate upon completion!

No experience necessary & everyone is welcome!
